Before you step in

Is it really only one against one?

Yes. Every match is two players in one yard. No squads, no bots filling the gaps, no respawning teammates. You win or lose on your own decisions.

What happens after I win a duel?

Your opponent goes down and you choose: spare them or end it. Spare, and they walk out and can come back for another round. End, and the match is over.

When does THE YARD come out?

THE YARD is in alpha and planned for 2027. Wishlist it on Steam and Steam will tell you the day it launches, and the day a playtest opens.

Which platforms?

PC on Steam first. Anything else will be announced on @playyardgg when it is ready.

Is it in Arabic?

It is made in Riyadh and set in Riyadh. The game supports Arabic and English, and so does this site.

Who is it for?

Players 17 and over. THE YARD contains realistic gun violence. The developer advisory is Mature 17+.
